NRA Refuse To Be a Victim [RTBAV]

NRA’s Refuse To Be A Victim® program teaches the tips and techniques you need to be alerted to dangerous situations and to avoid criminal confrontations.

A seminar typically takes four to five hours. This is not a firearms instruction course or instruction in physical combat self-defense. The RTBAV Course teaches common weaknesses that criminals take advantage of, and a variety of corrective measures that are practical, inexpensive, and easy to follow.
